Bacoa is much more than just a burger joint; it is a genuine lifestyle based on three key concepts: quality, transparency and creativity. This is what enables us to stand out in a fast-growing segment, that of gourmet burgers. Because real food tastes better.

We started out in 2010 as a small burger bar with only 15 chairs and a grill, located behind the Santa Caterina Market in Barcelona. Today, we already have restaurants not only in Barcelona, but also in Madrid, Salamanca, Lleida and Tarragona.
